FAQs

Where do you you ship to?
We currently ship Worldwide so everyone can enjoy our affordable jewellery, accessories and other products.

How much does shipping/postage and packaging cost?
Delivery rates are calculated at the checkout before you proceed to pay. Depending on what you order (we base our system on weight) and where you are based, delivery and shipping charges will vary. UK rates start at just £1.30 and International at £3.75. Please note that the price you calculate also includes a small handling fee, not just postal costs. But like we said, shipping is automatically calculated when you add your chosen items to the cart so there’s no need to worry about working anything out. We would also like to stress that we are looking for cheaper shipping methods and hope to provide these in the very near future.

How long does shipping take?
All our orders go out using Royal Mail Standard UK Delivery. This means that your parcel will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail delivery if you are here in the UK which takes between 3-5 working day. If you are an International customer, your package will be sent using the International Standard method which takes approximately 10 working days.

Are you responsible for customs charges?
I’m afraid we are not, nor are custom fees included in our prices.

Does Shipping Include Tracking?
It does not. However, if you do require your order to be tracked, be sure to contact us at contact(@)raspberrykiss(.)co(.)uk before placing your order as we’d be more than happy to help with this issue by quoting a new delivery price.

Do you work with bloggers and vloggers/youtubers?
We sure do! We love the online community and we’re open to collaborations and reviews. We do however have a limited amount of samples set aside for features but if you’re interested in working with us be sure do drop an email over to contact(@)raspberrykiss(.)co(.)uk and we shall get back to you.

Will you be adding new products?
We believe variety is the spice of life and think that adding new products regularly is essential for offering customers choice. We are always on the look out for new pieces to add to Raspberrykiss and will most certainly add new items to our existing line.

There is something I think you should be selling, are you open to suggestions?
We sure are! We love to hear what our customers want and would like to see. We now have a dedicated email set up for suggestions so if you have something in mind that you’d like us to stock be sure to pop an email over to contact(@)raspberrykiss(.)co(.)uk
