Pricing and Payment
All prices on this website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling, as we are a UK based company. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order and the delivery charge which is calculated by weight and location at the checkout. You will see these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted.
Orders placed on this website should be paid using Paypal. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to use this facility. All payments are processed through Paypal’s secure payments page and at no point during a transaction do we see details of your credit or debit card, or bank account details.
If you do not wish to use Paypal, you will unfortunately not be able to order.
Your order will not be despatched until funds are cleared.

Faulty or damaged goods
In the unfortunate instance that the goods that you receive are damaged or faulty, please notify us within 28 days of receipt of the items, in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. You may notify us via the contact us form or via email to contact(@)raspberrykiss(.)co.uk. Please return the item(s) in the condition in which they arrived with you in their original packaging (where possible). You will then be sent a replacement or a refund, as required.
Should you require a refund, you will be refunded the original cost of the item (excluding delivery) The cost of returning the goods is to be borne by you. We will process the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Please be aware that for hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns of pierced earrings if the goods are faulty.
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of goods within 14 calendar days without giving any reason under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cancellation period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day that you acquire (or a third party other than the postal carrier and specified by you acquires) physical possession of the goods – that is, from the date of delivery. Please note that for Health and Safety and hygiene reasons, this cancellation policy does not apply to pierced earrings.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us, Raspberrykiss (via email contact(@)raspberrykiss(.)co.uk) of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email to contact(@)raspberrykiss(.)co.uk). Alternatively, you may submit information about your wish to cancel a purchase using the contact us form. If you use this option, we will communicate an acknowledgement of receipt of your cancellation in an email as soon as we are able.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Refunding cancelled items
If you cancel your purchase with us in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information and Cancellation) Regulations 2013, we will reimburse you payments received from you for the returned goods.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the reimbursement to you for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of wear and usage by the customer. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but you must not have used them. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from your contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired. Please ensure that you include your name and an order number in the package with the returned item so that we are able to identify the sender and therefore to process your refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back to us, whichever is the earliest. We will process your refund without undue delay and not later than: (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods (such as a post office receipt and proof of postage).
We will process the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Please note that you will have to bear the direct (postage) cost of returning the goods to us. It is recommended that you obtain a proof of postage from Royal Mail when returning items, as it is up to you, the customer, to prove that goods have been returned in the event of items being lost or damaged by the postal service in returning items to us.
