As I wrote in my stocking fillers for under a fiver post, Christmas can be quite pricey. It certainly helps to shop around as there are many bargains to be had. Although I love a splurge every now and again, at heart I am a true bargain hunter who loves nothing more than a wicked deal. When it comes to Christmas shopping I like it to be as stress-free as possible. Because of this, I tend to do all of my shopping entirely online. One of the places I always end up buying from is worldwide giant Amazon. Now Amazon isn’t the cheapest for everything by any means. However, you can get some really great offers if you hit on lucky.
In this post, I’ve popped together my list of Amazon gift ideas which all cost under £25 at the time of writing. Another thing worth mentioning is that if you order before the 5th of December and use the code FREEDELIVERY you’ll get free delivery on eligible items with no minimum spend. Every little helps after all!
Gift ideas for women
When it comes to perfume it can be quite expensive. Especially if you’re purchasing big brand names. However, if you or someone you know loves Vera Wang Princess then you’re in luck. Amazon is selling 100ml bottles for £13.97 which I believe is a good deal. Another awesome deal for the beauty lovers? Nails Inc Duo Set Nail Polishes for £12.72. I particularly like the Champagne Shine duo as it contains both an iridescent blush nude and a dusty rose gold with holographic rainbow pigment running throughout. These are perfect for adding sparkle to anyone’s life.
If beauty products aren’t really what you’re looking for, you can grab a 70cl bottle of Raspberry Absolut Vodka for £23.19. Perhaps your present recipient is tea total and prefers a much more relaxed life? Fear not, the Neom Organics London Tranquillity Scented Candle is also available for £12.80 down from £16.00. Not a massive saving, but a saving nevertheless. Nothing above cutting it? Well these elegant round sparkly earrings featuring crystals by SWAROVSKI might just tick the box for you. At £8.99 they’re affordable as well as being super pretty. What’s not to love?
Gift ideas for men
Personally, I find men notoriously difficult to buy for. The men in my life never seem to know what they want so most of the time I play it super safe by purchasing practical items that I know they’ll both appreciate and get good use out of. And that is just what I’ve included in my Amazon gift ideas for men, practical, useful items. The first? This Men’s Wallet for just £7.51. It comes housed in a nice little gift box, it’s a classic item and super good value for money. The next item? The BaByliss Precision Beard Trimmer for Men coming in at £10.96. Now I know not all men have beards or even want to trim their beards but for those who’d appreciate it, this is an excellent purse friendly purchase.
Another item worth checking out? These Memory Foam Slippers which come in at £14.99. I’ve got a pair of these for my dad as he’s forever going through slippers. These particular slippers are stylish, well made and seem very comfortable so hopefully, he’ll love them. Another thing you can’t go wrong with when it comes to men? Fragrance. Now there are countless affordable fragrances for males on the market. However, two classic safe scents are Joop Jump EDT 100ml for £16.95 and Fcuk EDT 100 ml for £10.00. Both smell lovely and are ideal if you’re looking to cut back this Christmas.
Gift ideas for nerds
As a self-confessed nerd, I thought it was only right that I include some really nerdy presents in this Amazon gift ideas guide. The first? A snazzy Gaming Headset at the respectable price of £20.00. Is the headset amazing? I dunno. I hope so because I’ve bought one to give as a gift. From first impressions, I think it looks cool as for the price it seems very reasonable. The second item? The Star Wars Death Star Heat Change Mug for £6.98. I’ve actually bought two of these to give as gifts this year so it’ll be interesting to see how they go down and how well the colour changing effect works.
Two other Star Wars items I’ve ordered are the Lego Star Wars Millennium Falcon Microfighter for £6.54 and the Star Wars Drinking Glasses for £12.95. Both of these are super cool and I think they’ll go down really well with the Star Wars lovers who they’ll be going to. The last gift idea? The Marvel Deadpool Bob Ross Funko POP! priced at £9.90. As both a Funko POP! Lover and a Deadpool fan I had to include this. I actually have the Deadpool as Bob Ross Funko POP! Figure myself and I’ve gotta say, it’s one of the best figures I’ve come across. Therefore, I highly recommend this to anyone who shares my tastes.
What pressies will you be buying for your loved ones this year?
