Yes, I was naughty and hauled again *slaps wrist*
I decided to order from the much loved MUA and take advantage of a little offer that they had on. MUA always seem to have some fab deals that lure me in, damn you MUA!
Anyway, on to what I got…
MUA Undressed Palette – £4.00
I first noticed this little palette when stalking MUA’s Facebook page (which seems to be a regular occurrence these days) When they launched the palette there was a bit of negativity as most people didn’t seem to want another nude palette. To me this is like the follow up to Heaven and Earth, a much loved palette of mine. I’ve heard this is a much closer dupe to the Urban Decay Naked palette, more so than Heaven and Earth. As as lovely as the Naked palette looks, it comes with a hefty price tag, so for that reason alone, I decided Undressed would be nice to try.
MUA Poptastic Palette – £4.00
Another MUA palette which contains some stunningly bright colours which I’m dying to try out!
MUA Limited Edition Going For Gold Palette – Free but normally retails at £4.00
Yes, another splendid palette that MUA released recently for the Olympics. This palette is limited edition and has a lovely gold, silver and bronze theme to it, much like the Olympic medals. Personally, like many people on the Facebook page, I would have loved to see the colours of the Olympic rings in this palette, as well as some of the more medal inspired colours, but the colours in this palette are stunning nevertheless and will get some good use! Oh and this was the freebie that MUA offered, so I can’t complain really! Like all of MUA’s palettes, the pigmentation is fab.
MUA Trio Eye Shadow in Innocence and Pink Sorbet – £2.50 each
After loving the Trio in Eden, I decided to get a couple of others to try and being the huge fan of brown eye shadow that I am opted for Innocence and also Pink Sorbet as the pink trio looked rather lovely, something I don’t have in my ever growing collection.
MUA Eye Shadow in Shade 23 and Shade 31 – £1 each
I’m a big fan of the MUA shadows, more so the Pearl shades than the Matt ones. And I got these to finish off my pearl collection as for some strange reason, I didn’t have these two lovely blues. I can’t wait to try these out, so keep your eyes peeled for a little look using these newbies.
MUA Lipstick in Shade 16 Nectar and Shade 15 Juicy – £1 each
I’m not going to lie, MUA lipsticks are one of my favourites so I snapped up these two delightful colours. Nectar is a sort of orangey coral colour, the sort of shade that I do not own. And Juicy which is a kind of lighter version of Nectar which is more of a peachy coral colour rather than an orangey coral. Again, the kind of shade that I don’t own but I thought would be great to try during the Summer, well if we ever get one here in the UK.
MUA Pressed Powder in Shade 1
Last but not least, another pressed powder as I’ve very nearly used up the previous one that I purchased and thought I’d get another one as it’s cheap and cheerful, and does the job!
So there you have it, my MUA Haul.
