Want to see what ELF goodies I picked up in their 50% sale?
Studio Cream Eyeliner in Black – £3.75
I picked this up because I don’t currently own a cream eyeliner and I’m often quite partial to a cat eye flick, so I thought I’d see how this works compared to liquid liners.
Studio Contouring Blush and Bronzing Powder – £3.75
I’ve been after this for a while but whenever I’ve tried to get one, it’s always been out of stock. Luckily it was in stock on this occasion which makes me a happy bunny.
Baked Blush in Pinktastic and Passion Pink – £3.75 Each
I think I’m becoming a bit obsessed with blush these days and it’s no secret that I love a baked one, so got two of the new baked blushes, one in Pinktastic which I think will be great for highlighting and Passion Pink, a lovely shade that’s bound to look cracking on my hamster like cheeks.
All Over Cover Stick in Ivory – £1.50
Not sure why I got this, I think it was to try and use it as a concealer but I can certainly say I won’t be as it’s way too orangy for my skin tone. Oh well.
Liquid Eyeliner in Stardust – £1.50
Next up a lovely sparkly glitter liner. I love glitter and I think this over the black cream liner could look rather nice.
Nail Polish in Twinkle – £1.00
I got this beaut to again, feed my glitter addiction. Isn’t utterly gorgeous and I’m currently sporting it as I type (look out for pictures soon)
HD Blush in Superstar – £3.75
I’ve spotted a lot of people hype these up so I got one in the shade Superstar. From first impressions it’s very pigmented and a gorgeous shade.
Brightening Eye Colour in Pretty N Pink – £1.50
I actually already own three or four of these handy little quads as I really quite like them. I picked this one up as I thought it would be nice and natural for college.
Smudge Brush – £1.50
I’m a bit disappointed at this product. On the ELF Site this brush is described as “short curved brush is the perfect shape to expertly smooth in colour along the lash line for a smoky look” Well mine certainly isn’t that. Mines square and very unevenly cut and to top it off, it doesn’t seem to have enough hair packed into it and is very flimsy. Bit gutted as I was really looking forward to using this brush and it’s turned out to be a total let down.
Mineral Foundation in Porcelain – £5.00
I used to be a massive fan of mineral foundation and the way it made me skin look, but when my favourite when from £12 to £15, I stopped buying it. So when I spotted this, I decided to pick it up as it was a bargain and I thought it’d be great to use alongside my beloved Veil Cover Cream.
Mineral Eyeshadow in Angelic – £3.00
I already own three of the elf mineral shadows and really like them so I picked Angelic up as I thought it’d be a great highlight shade.
Studio Blush in Tickled Pink and Twinkle Pink – £3.75 Each
Yes, more blushes. I picked up Tickled Pink as I thought it’d be a nice, natural colour and Twinkle Pink as it was packed full of sparkly goodness.
Luscious Liquid Lipstick in Ruby Slipper, Strawberry, Cherry Tarts, Pink Lemonade, Nude Pink and Perfect Pink – £1.50 each
Lately I’ve been loving the Luscious Liquid Lipstick in Raspberry so I went a bit crazy and picked up another six to try out.
Lipstick in Posh, Gypsy, Seductive and Voodoo – £1.50 each
I already own four of the ELF lipsticks and really like them so I picked up more of the darker shades as the ones I own are the lighter, “safer” colours.
Hypershine Gloss in Blossom, Bubblegum and Bare – £1.50 each
Lastly I picked up three hypershine glosses as the colours really caught my eye after a google swatch search.
