Want to know my thoughts on MAC’s Cremesheen Lipstick in Creme Cup?
What MAC say
“Colour plus texture for the lips. Stands out on the runway. Simmers on the street! What made M·A·C famous.”
MAC Cremesheen Lipstick in Creme Cup retails at £15.00 and is available to purchase on the MAC website and at MAC counters.
The lippy comes in MAC’s well known bullet style packaging which feels good quality.
MAC describes Creme Cup as a light blue pink which I think is a great description. Creme Cup is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a sort of nude pink that is very easy to pull off. I’ve loved sporting Creme Cup for work as I find it’s really pretty without being over the top. As for the finish it’s a Cremesheen which applies very well, has a glossy look about it and is very creamy in texture. I didn’t find Creme Cup to dry my lips out at all which was a plus but the longevity isn’t the best. I found after 2 hours the lippy had faded and disappeared which is fine if you like to reapply lipstick frequently but not so great if you want it to last for long periods of time.
- Good packaging
- Gorgeous nude blue toned pink
- Has a great creamy texture
- Has a nice glossy finish
- Has good pigmentation
- A little on the pricey side
- Lasts 2 hours before reapplication is required
I love Creme Cup. It’s an absolutely gorgeous shade which I really enjoy wearing on a daily basis. Although it doesn’t last too long on, the colour and the creamy texture are top notch.
