My thoughts
When first pumped out, you’re able to smell the Argan and Ylang Ylang scent which I personally don’t find all that nice but not to worry, once on the hair, it really dies down and is barely noticeable. Enough about the scent and on to the results. I have quite long and thick hair and after reading the directions I popped three pumps of the oil into my hand and rubbed it into my towel dried locks. I did notice a few things. The first was that drying time was significantly quicker which is a big plus when you have hair like mine as it can often take a while and be a tedious task to dry it so if anything can reduce the time I have to spend, I’m going to use it. Another thing I noticed was the elimination of frizz and the addition of shine which is always nice. One thing I will say is that you have to be careful of the amount of oil you use as your hair can look quite greasy if you over do it which will require you to rewash your hair straight away unless you fancy walking around with a chip pan head. I found the oil to be quite light and helped my hair to keep straighter for slightly longer after using heat and also felt in slightly better condition and a lot less dry.
Pros
  • Free from SLS, Parabens, Perfume and Artificial Colour
  • Contains natural ingredients
  • Cruelty free
  • Vegetarian approved
  • Secure packaging
  • Helps to eliminate frizz
  • Adds a nice shine to hair
  • A little goes a long way
  • Lightweight
  • Helped to keep hair straighter for slightly longer after applying heat
  • My hair felt in slightly better condition and a lot less dry after use

Cons
  • A little pricey
  • I’m personally not too keen on the scent (it does die down and is barely noticeable once on hair though)
  • Hair can feel greasy if too much is used so you have to be careful

Overall
I really quite like this little oil. The results it gives my hair are pretty impressive and it’s become a staple in my haircare routine. Although the oil is a little pricey at £13.00, I can see this lasting me quite a long time so when it comes to repurchasing I’ll be more than happy to pay the price.
