Soap and Glory Rich and Foamous Shower and Bath Body Wash*
I’ve always been a big fan of Soap and Glory products and their body washes certainly aren’t an exception. One I’ve been loving for months has been Rich and Foamous. It contains almond, honey milks and oat extract which makes it smell lovely and almost good enough to eat due to it’s food like scent. It lathers up really well when applied and doesn’t dry the skin out but leaves it nice and smooth. I also like how well the smell lingers after use and sometimes I even use it as a bubble bath rather than just a wash but obviously using it that way requires more product. Soap and Glory The Breakfast Scrub
Another Soap and Glory product I adore is The Breakfast Scrub. Much like Rich and Foamous it smells delicious and foodie. I actually bought this a while back after hearing lots of people tell me how great it was and how much I needed to try it out so I got it and I’ve not looked back since. I’ve had the scrub since around September and I’m just finishing off the tub now so it’s lasted me pretty well. I’m still however undecided whether The Breakfast Scrub or the Sugar Crush scrub is my favourite as I go through fazes of using each but recently I’ve found myself reaching more for this one. I’ve already mentioned its wonderful scent but to give you a real idea of what it’s like, imagine caramel biscuits and syrup pancakes. It’s a sweet concoction that has a thick texture which holds well due to containing it’s gritty bits which make the body exfoliator effective. It contains both large and small particles which means that it can tackle the skin and also the parts which may need a deeper, more abrasive exfoliation such as the knees and elbows but it’s not harsh or painful which is a big plus in my eyes. Yardley Energising Peony and Enriching Body Lotion*
Next up we have the Yardley Energising Peony and Enriching Body Lotion which happens to be part of Yardley’s relaunch which aims to target a younger demographic to their traditional audience. It’s a very light moisturiser which you can pop on after hopping out of the bath and then stick your jim jams on after a few minutes. It’s not one of these lotions which you have to wait ages for it to dry and awkwardly stand around in your towel. It’s contains a whole host of hydrating and anti-ageing ingredients but what I really like about it is its floral fruity scent and how soft it leaves the skin. It’s a really good moisturiser to use on a daily basis as it’s not to heavy and the scent surprisingly lingers well which gives you nice perfumed fragrance. Yardley Invigorating Blue Orchid Nourishing Hand and Nail Cream*
Last but not least we have another product from Yardleys. This time it’s their Invigorating Blue Orchid Nourishing Hand and Nail Cream. Much like the Body Lotion it contains anti-ageing ingredients and it keeps the skin soft and the nails looking nice and shiny. Again, like the body lotion it absorbs well and smells fab thanks to the mango, orange, redcurrant, water lily, bluebell, vanialla orchid, cedarwoods, tonka bean and cedarwood that it contains.
