September 2014 Favourites

Want to hear about the products I’ve been loving in September?
September 2014 Favourites | Yankee Candle Salted Caramel Wax Tart, Indeed Laboratories Hydraluron Serum and Indeed Laboratories Retinol Reface

There have actually been quite a few products that I have been loving over the past month but for this months monthly favourites I decided to share my ultimate favourites which I’ve been crazy about and these three goodies are the ones that unsurprisingly made the cut.

Yankee Candle Salted Caramel Wax Tart

It is certainly no lie that over the past month or so I have become totally and utterly obsessed with Yankee Candle Wax Tarts. I just find the fragrances to have good throw and I’m yet to come across a scent that I don’t like. One that has stood out from the rest which was actually the first fragrance I tried was Salted Caramel. Although my family absolutely hated this, I fell in love. It is a sweet concoction of burnt sugar, sea salt and smooth vanilla caramel. It is basically perfect for Autumn/Winter when you want to cosy up next to the fire with a hot cup of tea. In terms of the fragrance power, this filled my whole bedroom, landing and my stairs and lingered for a good 3-4 days after use. Since using the tart I have repurchased several back ups so there is no denying that this is a winner in my eyes. Here, you can find my full review of the Yankee Candle Salted Caramel Wax Tart

Indeed Laboratories Hydraluron Serum*

The next product I discovered and thoroughly enjoyed in September was the much raved about Hydraluron Serum. This is a serum which is fast absorbing, non greasy or drying and slightly cooling and soothing on the skin. What does it do you ask? Well it is a product designed to start when your moisturiser stops. It works by allowing your skin to absorb more moisture. After just 2 weeks of using Hydraluron I noticed my skin was plumper, brighter and overall better. It was a lot more hydrated and my dry areas improved dramatically. I’ve now been using the serum for quite a few weeks and I have to say, I’ve been very, very impressed as my skin is looking one hundred times better than before. Indeed Laboratories Retinol Reface*
Another product from Indeed Laboratories I enjoyed using was Retinol Reface. It is a product which contains Retinol, a derivative of Vitamin A. It is meant to help tackle the visible signs of ageing. It is also meant to make the skin look smooth, softer and improve fine lines, wrinkles and crows feet. At 20 years of age, I don’t really have any wrinkles but I do have some Acne scarring and I have noticed ever so slight improvement to those areas since using the cream however, what I really, really like about the cream is the smooth formula. I’ve actually been using this as a primer as I find the gentle formula and effect it gives my skin really helps with my foundation, concealer and general makeup application.
