Want to hear how I got on in week 3 of the Inner Me Diaries Challenge?
If you read my posts on week 1 and week 2 of the Inner Me Diaries challenge, you’ll know exactly what the brand is all about and how I have been getting on. If you haven’t, I highly recommend having a good old read to get an idea about the brand and my feelings on the tablets.
I’m now onto week 3 of the challenge, the halfway point. I’m still taking the Inner Me Daily 4 Me: The Younger Years for Teen and Twenties tablets and I’m yet to miss a day (with a memory like mine, I’m pretty impressed with myself for my little achievement) Just to recap, there are four forms of tablet which you take everyday. There is a tailored multivitamin and mineral tablet which is said to be packed full of vitamins and minerals for virtually all functions of the human body from immune function to muscular and circulatory function. It is also said to provide essential multi nutrients including energy releasing Vitamin B. There is also an Omega 3 tablet which is basically pure fish oil which contains fatty acids to keep healthy levels in our bodies. Then we have the Beauty Capsule, a small tablet said to improve the skin, hair and nails. It contains Silica from Bamboo Extract and Collagen. Finally there is the Vitamin D3 2500iu Tablet. This obviously contains Vitamin D which is great for the bones and the teeth. For a month supply pack they retail at £14.00 and are available to purchase on the Inner Me website and in Holland and Barrett Stores.
Now last week I noticed I had much, much more energy than normal after taking the tablets which resulted in myself being more productive and more enthusiastic. Is that still the case this week? It sure it. I’m still an eager beaver to get things done and feel as though my energy levels have certainly been increased. Last week I also mentioned that I started to notice improvement to my hair, skin and my nails. I really wish I could say that I had the loveliest, shiniest hair, the strongest, most beautiful nails and perfect skin after taking the pills but unfortunately that would be a lie. The truth is the results I noticed from last week are still here, but they haven’t changed. I’m really hoping in the last few weeks of the challenge they improve further but I guess I shall just have to wait and see. Another thing I mentioned last week was the fact that I had a little trouble with the Omega 3 tablet as I found it on the large side, making it difficult to swallow. This is still the case but I’m persevering and kind of getting used to it.
Overall, things are pretty much the same as last week. While I was hoping to see more improvement, I’m still pretty happy with the results I’ve so far received. Hopefully next week things will get better.
