Homeware Wishlist March 2017

If you read my 2016 goals recap post then you’ll be fully aware that Marc and I have recently moved into a new house. After two years of renting a property we decided to take the plunge and we purchased our first home. When we first moved in we didn’t want to change a thing. The previous owners had beautifully decorated the place and it literally didn’t need a thing doing to it.

However, now that we’ve been in the house for well over a month, we are starting to want to put our own spin on things. Take the living room walls for example. When we first moved in I liked the colour paint but as time goes on I’m starting to want to change it more and more. I’ve already purchased a few new home bits and pieces which you can see in my Wilko homeware haul but I keep seeing more and more pieces that I love.

Pretty homeware from Wilko

Speaking of Wilko, I’ve already found some other bits and pieces that I want to pick up. Not long back I purchased a gorgeous dinner set from the naturals collection as well as some matching tea and sugar canisters. I absolutely love the range and in the future, I plan on picking up the Love Heart Teapot, Love Heart Coasters, Love Heart Placemats and the Love Heart Oven Gloves which are all from the collection. Some of the other pieces from Wilko that I’ve got my eye on include the Slate Heart Candle PlateOwl Burner, Fox Canvas, Meadow Canvas and the cute Heart Clock.

Gorgeous home pieces from ASDA

Next up I spotted some beautiful pieces from ASDA. The first thing I came across was the Artifical Peonies Vase. Peonies are my absolute favourite flower but they aren’t available all year round so this item is something I will definitely be purchasing. Next up I spotted the Heart To Heart Sign. I love wooden quote signs so there’s really no surprise that this took my fancy. Another item I discovered was the Willow Heart Basket. I just thought this would be a great basket to throw clutter in to keep things nice and tidy. Lastly from ASDA, I spotted the Natural Heart Pyramid Kettle. Right before we moved our kettle decided to break. Thankfully we had a backup but it isn’t the nicest looking thing in the world. This kettle would go fantastically well in our kitchen and I adore the pretty heart design.

A few adorable items for the house from Dunelm

Another online shop that has some pretty homeware bits and pieces is Dunelm. The first thing I came across was the Heart Embossed Goblet. As you can tell I am loving hearts at the moment so this would go well in my kitchen. Speaking of hearts another item I like a lot is the Heart Mirror. Again, I think this would go really well in the kitchen. Lastly from Dunelm, I came across the absolutely stunning Bird Oval Mirror. Believe it or not but this pretty piece is only £15.00. I seriously cannot get over just how pretty it is.

Do you like any of the items in my Homeware Wishlist March 2017?
