On type of product I’m really starting to get into at the moment is Room Sprays. I’m bit on candles and wax melts but this is a whole new home fragrance area that I am discovering. One product that I’ve been really enjoying has been the KandleWick Pomegranate and Hibiscus Room Spray. Firstly if you haven’t heard of KandleWick it is a British brand that specialises in hand crafted luxury scented home-wares including a wide range of scented iconic glass jar candles, reed diffusers and room sprays that are all designed to compliment each other. The company have a wide range of fragrances which include traditional scents as well as new and exciting aromas. The candles were created as an alternative to those already on the market as KandleWick claim to offer a level of luxury without the hefty price tag. Their scents are said to be discrete and subtly luxurious without being over powdering. When it comes to their reed diffusers and room sprays they have been developed to offer maximum scents throw and after trying out the Pomegranate and Hibiscus Room Spray I can firmly agree with that claim. The room spray is a fruity yet floral fragrance. It is very summery and feminine which I love. The scent consists of a citrus hint, a fruity heart thanks to the pomegranate and a sweetness thanks to the gorgeous hibiscus. The room spray comes in a small glass spray bottle. The packaging is simple yet classy and elegant and holds 100ml of product and it retails at £9.99. Now I’ll be honest, I think £9.99 for a room spray is a bit steep however, when you try it out and see just how good quality it is, I can see how KandleWick have justified the price tag as it really is top notch. When it comes to the spray its self it is nice and concentrated, so much so that two sprays fragrance my large bedroom really nicely. This means that a little goes a long way and the bottle is sure to last me a while. In terms of the scents lasting power, no word of a lie, I sprayed the scent one afternoon and by the next morning it was still detectable. Now don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t as detectable but you could still tell it was there which I think is certainly fantastic. The spray also masks smells nicely and just refreshes the room nicely. Would I purchase this? Definitely. At the moment I’ve had my eye on the Jasmine and Honeysuckle Room Spray however, I don’t think I’ll use the Pomegranate and Hibiscus scent up any time soon as it is so concentrated so I think I shall wait until I’ve use it up before ordering another.
