Review | Revlon Highlighting Face Powder in Pure Confection

Hey beauties! Today I shall be reviewing Revlon’s Highlighting Face Powder. Packaging The powder comes in a very basic packaging, think of MUA’s eye shadows, but on a slightly larger scale. You get 0.15Oz/4.26g of product, and in my opinion, it’s quite small for a face powder. Price This beaut cost me just £1 from, you guessed it, Poundland. This was probably being sold there due to the product being discontinued, that’s the fab thing about Poundland, you can sometimes hunt down discontinued products for next to nothing! Anyway, enough about my bargain hunting skills, back to the review. Pigmentation I have the colour Pure…

Review | Revlon Star Attraction Lipgloss in Hushed Blush, Lilac Kiss and Fuchsia Smooch

Hey beauties! Another review, today Revlon’s Star Attraction Lipgloss… Packaging Well as you can tell from the pictures above, the lipgloss comes in an adorable little pot with a cute lace design on the product’s lid. Personally, I love the packaging. Oh and see the latch? If you pull it out, it’s a lip brush! Great idea! Thumbs up for the packaging! Price I bought these in Poundland a while back, they came in packs of two. So I payed 50p each for 2.5g of product, not bad I’d say.  Pigmentation   The first shade is Hushed Blush. In the pot it’s a gorgeous…

Review | ELF brushes

Hey beauties! Today I thought I’d share my top 7 ELF brushes and do a little review… Now I’m sure we all know ELF by now, but if you don’t, it’s a budget make up company. You can purchase products and tools from their online store and certain shops in the USA. Products start at £1.50 which is extremely cheap, anyway… Here are some of my favourite brushes…  Studio Powder Brush – £3.50 This brush is from their studio range, meaning that products start at £3.50, slightly more expensive than their £1.50 professional range and I’ve found them to be better quality. This…

Products I Regret Buying

Collection 2000 Total Colour Trios I have three of these in the shades 14 Ametrine, 20 Eclipse and 26 Mocha Choc. I really do not like these, probably the worst quality eye shadows I own, the pigmentation sucks and they are extremely chalky. I particularly hate Eclipse (the first trio on the picture) It’s completely chunky glitter, not a good look when it’s constantly all over your face. When you blend them they turn to nothing which saddens me as I really like the shades in the pan. Luckily these weren’t expensive, a couple of pounds at the max. Maybelline Dream…

So here is how to do a Superficial Cleanse… What you will need: Eye make up remover Cleanser Toner Moisturiser A head band Damp cotton pads Cotton buds Some tissues Step 1: After putting on the head band, take two cotton pads, half them and place one under…

Review | VIVO Beauty Balm in Light

Hey beauties, today I shall be reviewing the VIVO Beauty Balm…   What it claims “Inspired by Asian BB Creams, designed to give a great coverage while also concealing and priming the skin, the new Beauty Balm is a formula that delivers more than just a standard foundation. While most foundations can be slippery and somewhat oily on the skins surface, the Beauty Balm is designed to leave a softer, silkier feel that doesn’t feel like foundation. It can be worn as a thin layer to even tone, or can be built up to create great coverage that lasts all day…
