February 2017 Favourites

February 2017 Favourites Makeup Revolution Ultra Bronze The first product to make it into my February 2017 favourites is the Makeup Revolution Ultra Bronze Bronzer. I’ve had this large bronzer sat in my collection for a while now. When we moved house naturally I sorted through all my makeup. It was then when I decided to make an effort to put this product to use. This is a bronzer that I find great for contouring. The finish is matte with an ever so slight sheen to it but it works well at creating faux shadows on the skin. Ideally, I…

2016 Favourites

2016 Favourites Astral Original Face and Body Moisturiser* The first product to make it into my 2016 favourites is Astral Original Face and Body Moisturiser. This is a product that I’ve fallen head over heels in love with. If you’re someone with very dry skin, seriously I urge you to try this. Astral Cream is basically a thick moisturiser. It is very affordable yet extremely effective. I use the cream both morning and night and I’ve definitely noticed a huge difference in my skin. My skin is much softer, smoother and my dry areas have improved fantastically. I’m not the…

This is Soap and Glory’s 2016 big Christmas gift set, something they release and switch up every year that we all know and love. In this years set you get 10 products all housed in a gorgeous mini suitcase covered…

3 Amazing Products To Treat Dry Skin

3 Amazing Products To Treat Dry Skin Lotil Original* The first product that I find amazing for treating dry skin is the Lotil Original cream. This product is ideal for use on the hands and feet. The cream itself is moisturising but surprisingly absorbs really fast into the skin without feeling sticky or greasy. This is a light moisturising cream that is great if you suffer from a little bit of dry skin and want a fuss-free product to help improve your skin. It’s not my absolute favourite moisturiser ever but it is pretty darn good. I personally always keep a…

September 2016 Favourites

September 2016 Favourites Makeup Revolution Rose Gold Lipstick in Girls Best Friend The first product to make it into my September 2016 favourites is the Makeup Revolution Rose Gold Lipstick in Girls Best Friend. This lipstick isn’t something I’d normally sport on a regular basis as it tends to draw attention to my teeth. However, I just went for it and wore this lipstick quite a lot in September. I’m still not 100% confident wearing the shade but there is just something about it that makes me happy. The product is essentially a bright pink almost neon lipstick. It has…

Lotil Original Cream Review

Lotil Original Cream Review Early on in my blogging days I actually reviewed the Lotil Original Cream but back then my blogging skills weren’t the best. Back then I really enjoyed the product and to this day I still do really like Lotil. Because my previous blog post was lacking I decided to share my up to date and more detailed review of the product. Firstly Lotil is a moisturising cream that is said to be great for dry skin. The cream has a slightly talc-like scent but I find it to be pleasant and certainly not overwhelming. When it comes…
